Disposing of dewatered sludge cake (80% moisture) is a massive financial burden. Landfill fees are skyrocketing, and high-temperature drying methods consume huge amounts of natural gas or electricity, creating both high costs and safety risks.
Our Low-Temperature Belt Dryer uses waste hot water (70-90°C) from your plant to gently evaporate moisture from the sludge. The process is slow, safe, and highly efficient. The resulting dry granules are a stable, high-calorific fuel, turning a costly waste stream into a valuable resource.
| Technical Specs | Performance Standard |

A: It is extremely safe. The entire system is enclosed and operates at low temperatures (<90°C), well below the ignition point of sludge dust. The low-speed belt also prevents dust generation.
A: Feiran EP can provide an integrated heating solution, such as an air-source heat pump or a gas boiler, to supply the required hot water. We design the complete thermal loop.
A: Belt dryers are better for larger capacities and produce a more uniform, granular final product. Disc dryers are more compact but can sometimes produce finer dust. We help you select the best technology for your specific needs.
