Q1: Why do you use UHMW-PE for the liner?
A: UHMW-PE provides an extremely low-friction surface for the heavy steel spiral to glide on. It protects the stainless steel trough from wear and is easily replaceable, significantly extending the lifespan of the entire conveyor system.

A: Yes, the shaftless conveyor can transport sludge or screenings at inclines typically up to 30 degrees. For vertical or highly steep transport, please consult our engineering team for specialized configurations.
