Overview

The Ozone Generator is a standalone corona-discharge ozone generation unit for disinfection, decolorization, deodorization, and advanced oxidation in water and wastewater treatment. It produces ozone on site from dry air or oxygen feed gas — no chemical storage or transport needed. The discharge cells, power supply, and controls are housed in a stainless steel cabinet with a front control panel for ozone output adjustment and status monitoring.

Unlike a full skid package, this unit is the core ozone source: you connect your own feed gas, cooling water (where applicable), power, and downstream ozone contact/dissolution equipment. It is a practical choice when you already have — or are separately sourcing — the contact tank, off-gas destruct, and dosing controls.

FAQ

How do I choose the right ozone output?
Send us your water flow, target ozone dosage, and application (disinfection, decolorization, or oxidation). We recommend a model range based on typical dosage practice — for example, disinfection duties often use lower dosages than decolorization or refractory COD oxidation.

Air feed or oxygen feed — which is better?
Oxygen feed typically gives higher ozone concentration and smaller equipment for the same output, at the cost of an oxygen source. Dry air feed is simpler where only moderate output is needed. Both options are available depending on model.

What is the difference between this unit and your Small Ozone Skid?
This page is the standalone generator unit (the ozone source). The Small Ozone Skid is a pre-assembled package that adds feed-gas handling, controls, and safety interfaces on one skid. Choose the unit when you integrate ozone into your own system; choose the skid when you want a ready-to-connect package.

Do you provide installation?
No, product only. We provide English operation & maintenance manuals and remote guidance documents. Ozone is a strong oxidant — installation and operation must follow local safety regulations and be carried out by qualified personnel.

What about off-gas treatment?
Undissolved ozone off-gas must be handled safely (typically with an off-gas destruct unit). The destruct unit is not included with this generator; please arrange it separately or ask us to quote compatible ancillaries.
